What does the Need Analysis Report Involve?

Practice Structure
The report will identify the following: clinic size, staff’s skill sets, management structure, reporting structure, financial planning, marketing planning, business plan, long term financial objectives, and short term financial objectives.

Procedure Menu
We will assess the present treatment menu to determine if the present treatments  offer the unique value proposition that patients are looking for. We will also make recommendations on the unique combination of treatments that provide ultimate aesthetic outcome and high patient satisfaction.

Target Marketing- What type of customer the clinic presently have and ways to transition NHS customers to private patients as well as attract new private patients into the practice.
